1.What 9LINE is
9LINE is a free online marketplace for heavy equipment and related assets. Anyone can submit a listing through the site. Buyers can browse listings and contact sellers through the inquiry form on a listing. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
2.Your responsibilities
When you use 9LINE, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in listings and inquiries.
- List only equipment you have the right to sell and describe it honestly, including condition and location.
- Comply with applicable laws and not use the site for fraud, abuse, or spam.
- Keep your account credentials secure if you create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may remove listings or suspend access that we believe are misleading, unlawful, or harmful to other users or the platform.
3.Our role
9LINE connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale, do not take possession of equipment, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or that a transaction will complete. Deals, payment, transport, and legal compliance between buyers and sellers are handled directly between those parties.
4.Content and listings
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give 9LINE permission to display and host that content so we can operate the marketplace. The 9LINE name, site design, and software remain our property.
5.No scraping or rehosting
Listings on 9LINE — including titles, descriptions, prices, locations, contact details, photos, videos, and other media — are made available solely for browsing and contacting sellers through the site. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, download in bulk, or otherwise extract listings or media from 9LINE for the purpose of republishing, mirroring, or rehosting them elsewhere, whether as your own listings or as part of another marketplace, website, app, database, or feed.
You agree not to:
- Rehost, republish, or redistribute 9LINE listing content or images on any other platform or service.
- Use automated means (including bots, scrapers, spiders, or similar tools) to collect listings, images, or related data from the site, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
- Present 9LINE listings or media as your own, or create competing inventories by reproducing content obtained from 9LINE.
Limited manual viewing and ordinary use of the site for legitimate buying or selling is allowed. Any other reproduction or redistribution of listing content or media requires our prior written consent. We may investigate suspected scraping or rehosting and may suspend access, remove content, or pursue other remedies available under these terms and applicable law.
6.Disclaimers
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that equipment is fit for any purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, 9LINE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any transaction with another user.
7.Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
